We develop the future’s flexible, mobile and digital ways of working and work environments
The competitive factor of the future is Employee Experience. It means a shift from creating environments where we assume people need to work, to creating environments where people actually want to work. A company’s Workplace Strategy should answer how the organization intends to create a genuine and successful Employee Experience based on the interaction between People, Place and Technology. It is a clear plan on how to work, individually and together, to reach the company vision and goals and what kind of offices and other work environments, digital tools and leader- & employee ship that’s needed to support that in the very best way. Mindmove helps organizations to design their Workplace Strategy and support them throughout their journey towards a new way of working and a new physical and digital work environment. The employees’ commitment is the ultimate goal, so that they can deliver the very best Customer Experience.
The future is already here
Due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, homeworking has become the new normal. Some companies were well equipped for this ground-breaking change and had already adopted a flexible, mobile and digital approach. For others, the change was greater. When most offices now are empty, the question is raised what we are going to do with them. Many have discovered benefits of working from home while others are struggling. At the same time, we’re missing our colleagues and the sense of belonging as well as having better conditions for example doing innovative and creative work. The situation we are in, makes it more important than ever to have a clear strategy of how we want our employees to experience the workplace.
